Where can you play Hood Warfare 2?
Hood Warfare 2 is available on Steam for Windows PC. The official store identifies Trapstar Games as its developer and publisher and lists an October 8, 2026 release date.

Xbox controller support does not mean an Xbox release
The Steam listing advertises full controller support and identifies Xbox controllers. This describes a way to control the PC game. It does not establish an Xbox One or Xbox Series console release.
A PS5 DualSense controller connected to a PC is also different from running the game on a PS5. We have not tested DualSense, DualShock 4 or individual Xbox controller models, so the controller guide separates the store's support statement from device-specific troubleshooting.

The Steam store showed an Unknown Steam Deck compatibility status when checked. Unknown is not the same as Unsupported, Playable or Verified; it does not provide a compatibility guarantee.
A Steam Deck community discussion includes both successful play reports and reports of launch or control problems. Those are individual accounts on different setups. We have not run a Steam Deck test and do not recommend a specific Proton version, settings preset or frame-rate target on that evidence alone.
If Steam Deck is your only device, check the current store status and recent reports for the same game build before purchasing. Record SteamOS, Proton and game versions if you test it yourself, because a report without those details is difficult to reproduce.
